Today I have decided to write about several companies. The first one is Marine Exploration, Inc. (MEXP.PK), a development stage company engaging in marine treasure hunting expeditions. Lately, I just found the information that the company acquired the Ocean Lady, a 128 foot, 252 ton research vessel. However, no news are published on the business of the company. All in all, I can tell you that Marine is involved in the stock promotions with Best China Stocks, as well as HotStocksrus.com. I am not sure how much the company paid them but OTC Picks has been compensated 40.000 shares from a third party to promote MEXP. That’s about $2.000 if we take the share price of $0.05. I will let you decide, whether that’s much or not.

Sparrowtech Resources, Inc. (SPMC.PK) is on my watch list for the first time. It was announced that the company has entered the natural resources mining industry and is evaluating several mining opportunities involving gold, uranium and other metals. However, the business seems to be stopped or Sparrowtech hasn’t announced any important news lately. Unfortunately, someone is trying to harm the company. Yesterday the stock promotional campaign was started.

I would like to introduce you NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (NUBV.PK). The company produces a complete line of nutrient-enhanced bottled water products which are being developed by XND Technologies, Inc. and sold under the Nu2O label. It was lately announced that NutriPure was getting ready for another deal. Atlhough the company seems to be doing something, the share price is at $0.0002. On the other hand, the share volume has started to rise in a greater pace: 903,042,036. I wonder, who could have affected this change.

VIPR Industries Inc. (VIPR.PK) is an exploration and development company focused on gold, uranium, and other precious metal resources and reserves through mergers, acquisitions and resource development. Yesterday the company announced that Francis Gaskins of IPODesktop.com has issued an independent third party analyst report and coverage on the Company. However, what has stroke my eye was that Wall Street Stock Review has been compensated $35.000 to promote VIPR. What is your opinion on these two events?
