All Penny Stocks received 100,000 shares for the stock promotion from EQ Labs, Inc. (EQLB.PK), the manufacturer and marketer of the EQ Smart Energy Drink. The company has recently announced that it is undergoing some significant changes which include the creation of three new flavours, as well as the company is “going green.”

However, none of the events seem to be able to move the stock forward. The current price is $0.13, after the fall by almost 10%. All in all, there does not seem to be anything able to affect the stock price. Maybe you know the way to solve this problem?

In my earlier article, I have already talked about Nevada-based HearAtLast Holdings, Inc. (HRAL.PK) which is the owner and operator of hearing stores co-located within select Wal-Mart stores throughout Canada. According to the latest news the company has started stock promotional campaign with OTC Reporter which was compensated with 500,000 free trading shares, and Small Cap Voice that received 100,000 shares for the service.

Considering the fact that HRAL has made a deal with the companies recently, the stock has still not been affected and is currently at $0.063. The trading has been sufficiently illiquid.

Is the money paid going to help the company stand up?

SOHM, Inc. (SHMN.PK) produces and markets generic drugs covering all major treatment categories. Recently, the company announced that it is to acquire pharmaceutical companies in pharmaceutical markets. However, that really makes me worried and do not trust in the company because it does not report to the SEC, and the intention of acquisition reminds me hype rather than reality.

In addition, $50,000 paid to Stock Hideout is nothing more than a soup bubble as well. This money affected the stock price. I just hope you won’t get in trouble playing with the bubbles.

Operating as an investment company, Warrior Girl Corporation (WRGL.PK) seems to have received more attention than usually. The stock jumoed up almost by 90%, while the volume was over 2 million. However, there doesn’t seem to be any news announced that the stock would have reacted to this so dramatically.

The most possible explanation is that Warrior Girl has been recently involved in stock promotions which include the following:

* Cool Penny Stocks was paid $40,000.

* StockRich.com received $40,000.

* Hototc.com got $40,000.

* StockStars.net was paid $7,500.

* Stock Egg received $40,000.

* 24-7 Stock Alert got $20,000.

All in all, this is $187,500 for the stock promotional campaign. When such money is paid, I usually expect the stock rise to be more hysterical.

Pending for the official name change to “Clean Energy and Power Corporation”, 5G Wireless Communications, Inc. (FGWC.PK) has refocused its business objectives on alternative energy opportunities. After the last trade, the stock rose by almost 50% and is now worth $0.0305.

On June 11, the company signed a strategic alliance agreement with White Door, Inc., and it seems to have been reported to the SEC. However, the real financial situation of the company is not clear because FGWC hasn’t filed any statements since 2007.

Besides, 5G Wireless Communications paid Ahead of the Bulls 2 million free trading shares. Most possible this was the trigger to make the stock rise.
