However, investor should be very careful about this company, especially, the opportunities to start investing in it. You will ask me why? I would tell you that’s because of the stock spam campaign which was organized by some scoundlers. There were 76 spam messages sent to investors. So let’s be careful about this one, guys.

Industrial Biotechnology Corporation (IBOT.PK), the provider of products, services, and technologies using renewable resources as an alternative to petroleum and traditional manufacturing methods, has been recently involved in the stock promotion. I have found the information that OTC Picks has been compensated up to $8.000 by a third party for IBOT advertising and promotional services to promote IBOT. I am not sure, whether this is the beginning or the end of the stock promotion. But I advice you to be careful about this company.

Tobacco One, Inc. (TBCO.PK), the distributor of specialty cigarettes, cigars and other tobacco products, was recently promoted by the spammers. During several days, even 81 spam e-mails were sent to the investors. I’m not sure, whether anyone was caught or not but the fact remains the fact. On the other hand, Tobacco One seems to distant itself from this matter. That’s what they state about the spam: “This campaign was initiated without the knowledge of the Company, its management or Premier Media Services, Inc., the Company’s designated investor relations firm. Tobacco One had no prior knowledge nor granted its consent for any person or entity to embark on such a campaign.” I just hope that you weren’t tricked.

This time I am going to start writing from the reverse side. I have always paid attention to the company which buys promotion and only then shift it to the company which actually performs these promotions. The targets are the following two: Hot OTC’s and Stand Out Stocks. Maybe you know both of them or maybe not. The fact is that these two were paid by five companies which include: Comverse Technology Inc. (CMVT.PK), Evolution Solar Corporation (EVSO.PK), Drucker, Inc. (DKIN.PK), NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (NUBV.PK) and New Asia Gold Corporation (NWAG.PK). The reason I have included them in one blog is that it is not quite clear how much each of the companies have already paid for stock promotion, If you find that out, let me know.
