July 7th, 2009

Gaming and entertainment company, Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp (CGAQ.PK) has been recently involved in the stock promotion campaign. The company compensated Alpha Trade with $5,000.

On the same day, the Chairman and the CEO of the company, Steven Swank stated, “The new casino is ahead of schedule, and will finish within our budget range, even though we have added some very expensive details to make the experience more exciting.” The news seems to be very positive for the company.

However, the stock price seems to be acting in a totally different way. Yesterday it lost over 20% of its value. What happened? Don’t investors trust the company and they have started selling the stock?

Black Art Beverage, Inc. (BLVI.PK) Paying $90,000

July 7th, 2009

Formerly known as American Power Tech, Inc., the company changed its name to Black Art Beverage, Inc. (BLVI.PK). It imports German beer and distributes it in the United States. Although the stock chart looks rather shabby (there is not much trading observed), the stock price has recently reached the value of $0.28. In addition, the volume surpassed one million. It looks like someone has bought the stock and made the price increase by almost 30%.

On the other hand, this bouncing could have been affected by the recent stock promotional service of StockRich, HotOTC, as well as Stock Egg. Every party received $30,000. In total, it is $90,000.

The most unlikely reason is the announcement on the establishment of Black Art Beer in the Midwestern United States. Ras Moses, the President of BLVI, stated, “Expansion into the Midwestern United States and cultivation of such a key beer market is critical to our success. We have taken deliberate and controlled steps to ensure the success of the brand by coordinating our distribution effectively.”

Considering the recent announcement on the expansion of the distribution market, the share price jump, as well as the stock promotional campaign, what is your overall attitude to the company? Can you betray me this secret?

Exchange Media Corp. (EXMD.PK): Where Has This Stock Jump Come From?

July 7th, 2009

972152_ways.jpgExchange Media Corporation (EXMD.PK) has recently announced about the significant growth in the Mobile Value added services in China. As stated in the latest report, “Recent Mobile Wireless industry reports show an annual growth of 36.9% on an annualized basis, generating 36.91 billion RMB ($1USD = 6.82 RMB) in the first quarter of 2009.”

However, it is hard to find out whether this is realistic. The company hasn’t been reporting to the SEC since 2005. Besides, several days ago EXMD has paid $10,000 to OTC Picks, while Stock Hideout received the same money earlier.

All in all, the stock price increased by almost 40% after the trade yesterday. I am not sure which trigger was more probable for the share to jump up: the stock promotion, or the positive news on the growth?

Talking about the Future of avVaa World Health Care Products (AVVH.PK)

July 3rd, 2009

avVaa World Health Care Products Inc. (AVVH.PK) is a global biotechnology company, manufacturer and distributor of nationally branded therapeutic. The company has been recently involved in stock promotion. All Penny Stocks was paid 68 million free trading shares, while earlier Stock Stars got $7,500 and Willy Wizard was compensated by $2,000.

It looks like the services of the three firms have helped AVVH and the stock price rose by almost 20%. However, this can’t be said about the performance of the company. Since 2007 the company hasn’t been reporting to the SEC, so there is no direct way to find out what financial situation it is in.

All in all, the stock price jump does not always signify anything positive about the whole situation in any company. In my opinion, the similar case is with avVaa World Health Care Products Inc., don’t you think so?

BioElectronics Corporation (BIEL.PK) Wastes $825

July 2nd, 2009

976954_sign.jpgIs $825 much for you? If compared with thousands of dollars, then it’s a penny only. A development stage company, which develops and markets drug-free anti-inflammatory patches, BioElectronics Corporation (BIEL.PK) has paid $825 to Small Cap Voice for 30 days of service. In my opinion, this is very little money for the promotion. However, I suspect that this is not the only campaign. Soon we will some more.

All in all, the company is a non-reporting, there is no information available on the financial side, as well as BIEL stock has been going down for some time. Is this promotional campaign going to help the stock rise?
