Currently, the stock of Universal Energy Corporation (UVSE.PK) is stuck at the price of $0.0002. Is here anyone from backing of the company? Is anyone interested in the company at all?

If you don’t know anything about UVSE, I can tell you some basic facts about it. Founded in 2002, Universal Energy Corporation acquires and develops crude oil and natural gas leases in the United States and Canada.

As indicated in the company’s annual report, current assets constitute $403,000, while liabilities exceed 3 million dollars. Although operating loss has decreased by 42% but UVSE is losing money rather than earning them.

It shouldn’t also be forgotten that Universal Energy has just paid $8,000 to OTC Picks. Will this stock promotion be able to move the stock of UVSE from the dead-point? In my opinion, the $0.0002 price is going to be heavily rousted.

A U.S.-based mining and exploration enterprise focused on acquiring and developing precious metals, base metals and industrial mineral properties, Phi Mining Group Inc. (PHIG.PK) has recently been involved in stock promotion. It made an agreement with Investors Voice, and paid them 200,000 shares to promote their stock.  At the present price of $0.51, that would be about $100,000.

PHIG does not have to file its annual or quarterly financial statements to the SEC, so investors have very few facts to base their investment decision.  We don’t know what the companies financial situation is.  How many shares are outstanding.  If the insiders are selling stock right now.  Very little information is available.  The real situation of the company isn’t clear.  The only thing I can be sure of is that Investor’s Voice is being paid to draw attention to this.

In addition, it’s unknown where PHIG stock is going. If you looked at the chart, you would notice highly illiquid trading.

The Affordable Homes Group (GRHI.PK), previously known as Gold Rock Holdings Inc, has paid Stock Guru $21,500 for the service of stock promotion. Has anything changed since that? I don’t think so.

All in all, do you think that the stock promotion was really necessary if the company is unable to make the stock trade in a normal way?

Agri-Dynamics, Inc. (AGDY.PK)  is a holding company which provides management consulting services, incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa. At present, the stock price is $0.23. However, there does not seem to be much trading.

In my opinion, the company is trying to improve its image over investors. Recently, it paid PTC Reporter 600,000 free trading shares, while earlier StockStars got $10,000, and Willy Wizard was compensated by $2,000. Is this money going to be enough for making the company more attractive?

In the middle of June, Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (CCTC.PK) announced to have been awarded the formal Certificate of Approval by the Chinese government for its Inner Mongolia project. Besides, it was stated that CCTC completed all prerequisites required for the formal project approval and government financing for its Inner Mongolia cooperative joint venture. Doesn’t that look suspicious to you? This is a Pink Sheet company which does not report the SEC about its activity.

If you look at the stock chart, you will definitely notice the downtrend forming in it. Despite that, the stock price has climbed up by 12%, and reached the value of $2.30. As for a pink sheet stock, the price is rather high, don’t you think so?

It looks like the stock is overvalued. However, my opinion is that the advertising company Alpha Trade is helping the company. It was paid $5,000 for the promotional service. This might provide the explanation what is happening with this stock.
