Why is this stock plumeting even with positive press releases??

I am curious to understand the dynamics of this company, i like the stock and the trading volume but I am trying to understand the rocky road this stock is taking. However, I would like to see this stock in a less volatile position, since the new CEO has so much experience with the parking garage business. Any comments??
