Futhermore, USOG doesn't have to list financial information. they do it voluntarily. They do what they say they are going to do. All of their press releases can be found on their website. they are building a solid foundation for the future of the company. And, their shareholders are very important to them. USOG is a ligitimate holding company in the oil & gas service sector. Their stock fell drastically last year because of a 30/1 forward stock split. But with all the buzz surrounding USOG, the recent press releases and the company filing their Form 10 with the SEC, I can't imagine their stock staying down for much longer. When they move to the OTCBB, their stock will be more transparent and more investors will have an opportunity to learn about the company and their aquisitions and they will sell more stock, raise more capital and that will drive the stock price up. It's only a matter of time!

Well, I've looked at all of the posts and it doesn't prove its a scam. You can't see some of the earliest posts, but they were genuine from people trying to find info on this company. Someone posted something negative, and then, as you all know, 1 negative post leads everyone to think poorly.

The owners of this company were sold a product call 'reputation management'. I've received similar calls for search engine marketing, and one of the services they offered was this. Obviously, the 3rd party they hired to 'protect their reputation' did a horrible job, and actually hurt the company.

I've actually called the phone number and talked to the people there, and trust me, there is no way that they could have done this themselves. It would have taken them at least a few minutes between posts, and they would have come up with things randomly.

Only a third party whose BUSINESS IS 'FIXING REPUTATIONS' would have a list alphabetically spammed by a program.

USOG is the victim of a boiler room-run SEO firm, and its too bad. You have to think beyond just the comments.

There is absolutely NO solid evidence that this is a scam, in fact, quite the contrary. The only HARD evidence available points towards legitimacy, and the only evidence of fraud is slander.

I'm not saying go buy shares of this company, I'm just saying that obviously the information on this page is not reliable, from any source. Check out independent, trusted sources, and don't let a silly message board that doesn't require ANY authentication to influence your investing decisions.

To clarify my last comment sent @ 3:08- Even a company on the OTCBB can be a scam, because anyone can forge financial statements - (but at least there's less risk. It shows the Co. is willing to have some disclosure.) If you want to invest in penny stocks, why not go with companies that list on the OTCBB, but only invest a small amount? $30 or $40 buys a lot of shares of a penny stock. If it hits big, you get a huge return. But you can't lose much.

The Bulletin Board requires specific financial disclosures, that's the only real difference between OTC and OTCBB. So if a company is legit, it would be trading on OTCBB - SIMPLE!

Some people try to create a scene out of no where. I authenticated this company and their principals. All are genuine. I would like to suggest you can invest with them after consulting your portfolio manager. They are for sure not fake or a scam.

USOG.PK seems to me as a different company and no where related to www.usaoilandgas.com. I spoke to Alex last weekend and they are honest and true people there. The comments about them coming from boiler rooms is full of ***. After speaking to these guys I am confident about them. They are definitely not scamers.

Hi ref this Blog, was phoned to up with the offer to buy this at 1.8 current price was 3.3, it seemed to good to be true my only concern was how do I sell them and the man who phoned me said they would sell them for me and I got the feeling it was a bit like pyramid buying, share keeps rising and eventually those who buy at the top price get burnt, anyway I did try to buy them they sent me the forms through the post which I had to take to a bank but I was away so my wife went down but it all got really confusung, bank made her make the phone call herself from the bank and it just got a little uncomfortable so my wife pulled away, I'm glad she did now because it all just seems very strange that people cold call you and offer you a share at the institutional price when its already 3.3 and rising. I queried why they wanted me on board if its doing so well and he said we want to give you an absolute banker to show you how good we are and that I grow a portfolio with them and they collect a small commision..
