Fima, Inc. (FIMA.PK) is in my watch list for the only reason. Several days ago this emerging diversified land development company has been attacked by spammers. They started sending spam emails which promote the stock of the company. However, the company itself seems to neglect the involvement in the spam campaign. They state that the company “has become aware of an apparent spam campaign underway that mentions FIMA and appears to be in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 regulating commercial email.” It makes me worry who these villains could be. Any ideas?

We’re very happy to enrich our library by some new members who join pinkinvesting.com. EdgeTech International, Inc. (EGIL.PK) about which I’d like to talk in this article seems to be a very secret company. I said “secret” because I wasn’t able to find anything about the company’s business or anything else related to news in business. The only thing I was able to puzzle out is that the stock price hit the new 52-week low which is equal to $0.04. And the reason why this stock is included in here is: it was recently promoted by some bad guys who pretended to be a part of EdgeTech. I’d suggest you to be careful about this company.

The sand car manufacturer, Extreme Motorsports of California, Inc. (EMOC.PK) has already visited my blog in the end of May. The company is under the attack of some evil guys again. Someone pretended to be the company and started spamming investors with misleading information. Actually, during two days, even 135 e-mails were sent. I hope you knew that these were false alarm whatever was written in there.

Recently, it was announced that some spammers have started the attack towards investors. Under the name of QualSec Inc. (QLSC.PK), which develops the Nano-Nose, the next generation of electronic olfactory sensory technology, they began sending spam messages in which the stock is promoted. Because of this, I suggest investors to consider the investment opportunities in QualSec carefully. There were even 10 messages sent in two days. Be careful. And let’s see what is going on with this company!

Luckily or, actually, at last, I have caught one more fish to refill my goldfish bowl. It’s called United Consortium, Ltd. (UCSO.PK) which acquires and distributes well known brands to retailers and consumers. Some sources which are really secret have stated that the 1st June was the time to attack poor investors by sending some promotional letters. I wonder who could these guys be.
