Symposium Productions Corporation (SYPJ.PK) acquires companies within the independent mobile, media and technology sector and the burgeoning mobile and entertainment markets to effectively streamline business operations. The company has recently announced that it has entered into an acquisition agreement to purchase Halo HD Limited. After that some investors were shocked because they got emails promoting the stock pf the company. On 20-21 November, 16 emails were sent. For this reason, everyone should be very careful if they are aiming to start investment in this company.

The Fight Zone, Inc. (TFZI.PK) is dedicated to developing and promoting MMA sports and its athletes to the world. The Fight Zone develops and produces only world class fighters. On the 29th October, something has changed in the company’s life. Three spam emails were sent to investors.

Spam apparently promoting TFZI contains links to a page hosted by AT&T small business, with a form requesting contact details. After the form has been completed, the user is taken to a second page where they can download a report written by TFZI. The Fight Zone has not yet responded to inquiries concerning spam promoting the company.

You couldn’t have guessed that. I would’t have done that as well, unless I found some proof. I think most of you know the company called Mediatechnics Corporation (MEDT.PK). I have included it in my two earlier articles under the category of “Penny Stock Promoters.” However, this time the company seems to have some problems with stock spam. Some bad guys are trying to display the bad side of the company. On the 30th September, 3 spam messages were sent to the investors. I hope nobody got caught in the trap.

I would like to talk about ID Global Corporation (IDGC.PK) which provides a range of leading technologies specifically designed to provide private enterprise and governments 100% solutions to their Counterfeiting infections and Loss Prevention/Anti-Theft security programs. Currently, the stock price is at $0,19 with the stock volume of 7,800. The company also participated in the Product Authentication and Brand Security Conference in Chicago Illinois, September 11th and 12th, 08. However, ID Global was involved in the traps of the spammers. 44 spam emails were sent to investors who were promoted to buy the stock. Still the company has not responded to this spam campaign. Let’s wait and see what happens.

Guardian Angel Group (GAGI.PK) is a risk analysis, risk pricing and risk mitigation firm committed to delivering annual cost savings and overall enhanced operational efficiencies to the global infrastructure community. At present, the stock price is currently up by almost 70%, although there are no major changes in the volume. However, investor should be very careful about this company, especially, the opportunities to start investing in it. You will ask me why? I would tell you that’s because of the stock spam campaign which was organized by some scoundlers. There were 76 spam messages sent to investors. So let’s be careful about this one, guys.
