This time I am returning back to the company discussed in May. Falcon Technologies, Inc. (FLCN.PK) provides various design-build infrastructure services.First, Wall Street Resources has been compensated with $15,000 in cash and 70,000 shares of 144 restricted stock for due diligence and consulting fees from October 2007 through May 2008. WSR also receives $3,000 per month for investor relations services to promote FLCN. Later I read that John Pentony, Publisher of StockGuru.com, announced that the web site has initiated Profile Coverage of Falcon.This company seems to be ready to appear everywhere. The stock promotion campaign accelerates.

I’ve just recently discussed this company but, at this point of time, I want to exclude it from the list I have put it before. I want to talk barely about New Asia Gold Corporation (NWAG.PK). The company bases its business in the United States. It focuses on gold mining. At present, the stock has fallen to $0.18. However, the main aspect to be considered is the stock promotion. OTC Reporter has been compensated 35.000 free trading shares from a third party to promote NWAG. If you counted, you would see that it is $63.000.

This time I really want to talk about money. It’s, actually, the main topic all over the world. Everybody needs money, uses them and wouldn’t be able to survive without them. Investment has never been the exception. One of the companies which is involved in these matters is Mediatechnics Corporation (MEDT.PK), the optical media equipment manufacturer, the servicer of duplication fulfillment, and sporting goods manufacturer and distributer. Don’t you think that this company is ready for everyhting right now? $30.000, later $45.000. Who knows that can be even more. Be patient to wait, just don’t be caught by the money song.

Direct Pet Health (DPHG.PK) provides its members with health information, pet insurance, and pet care products created for a target market driven by a strong demand for pet health care products and services.  Have you known anything about this company before? If not, then let’s take a look at the chart: the stock price is down by 20% and now has reached $0.12. Not so good but anyway. The volume is low as well. However, I want to take a look at the company’s business. HotStocksrus.com has been compensated 100,000 free trading shares to promote DPHG. That’s $12.000.

Industrial Biotechnology Corporation (IBOT.PK), the provider of products, services, and technologies using renewable resources as an alternative to petroleum and traditional manufacturing methods, has been recently involved in the stock promotion. I have found the information that OTC Picks has been compensated up to $8.000 by a third party for IBOT advertising and promotional services to promote IBOT. I am not sure, whether this is the beginning or the end of the stock promotion. But I advice you to be careful about this company.
