According to the website of Copper King Mining Corporation (CPRK.PK), the company has announced the 100% ownership of Western Utah Copper Company. However, it's still not clear whether this company has any assets from which this acquisition could have been performed. I was just searching for this information but found only one thing: OTC-Advisors has been compensated $5,000 to promote CPRK.
