According to the latest news, Axion Power International, Inc. (AXPW.OB), which  engages in the research and development of a technology for the production of lead-acid-carbon energy storage devices, has moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board leaving the Pink Sheets beside. This event seems to be triggered after the company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with The Quercus Trust and decided to make some changes in the board of directors. Maybe we are to see the evolution of Axion at this point of time.

On June 2, Alba Mineral Exploration, Inc. (ABMX.OB) left the Pink Sheets and moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. That seems to be normal for a company which is doing something. However, in this case it is very hard to say whether this company is doing anything at all. I wasn’t able to find anything on the company’s business. The stock chart was also unavailable. Actually, there is no information on the company at all. That’s strange, as well as interesting.

I don’t know, whether the news is positive or negative but, in my opinion, it is both. From the positive perspective, Navistar International Corporation (NAV), recently on the Pink Sheets, has finally moved to the New York Stock Exchange. That’s a huge step forward. However, we also have bad news. If Navistar moved to the NYSE, then it means that the Pink Sheets lost its member. All in all, it is nice to hear that Navistar International Corporation returned from the exile. Don’t you think so?

Aura Systems, Inc. (AUSI.OB) engages in the design, assembling, and sale of the AuraGen which is the power generator of patented mobile. On the April 15th , the company announced that it was approved to have the stock quoted on the Bulletin Board. The company will be listed on the OTCBB system under the same symbol AUSI, as it has had on the Pink Sheets. Good luck, Aura Systems!
