We have two lucky guys today. It’s Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. (IVFH) ,a provider of gourmet food products to chefs throughout the United States, and Feris International, Inc. (SMDI) which owns, operates, and markets live entertainment and sporting events. Both companies graduated the school of the Pink Sheet and have started to attend the school of the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). I hope these babies will be lucky in there.

I have some news that one of the companies have already left the Pink Sheets. ePlus Inc. (PLUS) was our member for a long time but after sending the application to the NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. it was approved to be delisted from the Pink Sheets. It has graduated the school and now is ready to enter the larger market. ePlus, Inc. enables organizations to optimize their IT infrastructure and supply chain processes by delivering world-class IT products from top manufacturers, professional services, flexible lease financing, proprietary software, and patented business methods.

I have some more news on the graduations from the pink sheets. This time two companies can be proud of being moved to the Over-The-Counter-Bulletin-Board. They are Bioenergy Inc. (BEEY) , as well as Retrospettiva, Inc. (RTRO) I haven’t found any information on the business of both companies. Maybe someone of you would be able to tell me more on both. I would be very thankful. 

I have three lucky guys in my basket. They are very different, as well as very similar. Earlier trading on the Pink Sheets, the three companies have moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Millennia, Inc., (MENA.OB) engages in the videotape duplication; industrial metal door assembly and sales and some other spheres. However, I wasn’t able to find any information on Infolinx Communication (IFNX.OB). Meanwhile, Eastern Goldfields, Inc. (EGDD.OB) acquires and explores gold properties in South Africa.

According to the latest news, Axion Power International, Inc. (AXPW.OB), which  engages in the research and development of a technology for the production of lead-acid-carbon energy storage devices, has moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board leaving the Pink Sheets beside. This event seems to be triggered after the company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with The Quercus Trust and decided to make some changes in the board of directors. Maybe we are to see the evolution of Axion at this point of time.
