Whats is Minco Silver Corporation (MISVF.PK) Doing?

According to the latest news on Minco Silver Corporation (MISVF.PK), the company has completed its step out drill program, which was one of the aims of the company. However, it does not seem to be the only completion of the company. Some sources state that OTC Stock Review has been involved in some nasty business. Just think, why did it get $8,250?
