The Affordable Homes Group (GRHI.PK): Has Stock Promotion Helped?

Friday, July 10th, 2009

725823_need_help.jpgThe Affordable Homes Group (GRHI.PK), previously known as Gold Rock Holdings Inc, has paid Stock Guru $21,500 for the service of stock promotion. Has anything changed since that? I don’t think so.

· The stock continues its illiquid trading.

· The latest financial data is almost 10 years old.

· The company isn’t reporting about its activity to the SEC.

All in all, do you think that the stock promotion was really necessary if the company is unable to make the stock trade in a normal way?

Agri-Dynamics, Inc. (AGDY.PK) Trying to Become More Attractive

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Agri-Dynamics, Inc. (AGDY.PK)  is a holding company which provides management consulting services, incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa. At present, the stock price is $0.23. However, there does not seem to be much trading.

In my opinion, the company is trying to improve its image over investors. Recently, it paid PTC Reporter 600,000 free trading shares, while earlier StockStars got $10,000, and Willy Wizard was compensated by $2,000. Is this money going to be enough for making the company more attractive?

Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (CCTC.PK): Shall your Opinion on Pink Sheet Stocks Change?

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

In the middle of June, Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (CCTC.PK) announced to have been awarded the formal Certificate of Approval by the Chinese government for its Inner Mongolia project. Besides, it was stated that CCTC completed all prerequisites required for the formal project approval and government financing for its Inner Mongolia cooperative joint venture. Doesn’t that look suspicious to you? This is a Pink Sheet company which does not report the SEC about its activity.

If you look at the stock chart, you will definitely notice the downtrend forming in it. Despite that, the stock price has climbed up by 12%, and reached the value of $2.30. As for a pink sheet stock, the price is rather high, don’t you think so?

It looks like the stock is overvalued. However, my opinion is that the advertising company Alpha Trade is helping the company. It was paid $5,000 for the promotional service. This might provide the explanation what is happening with this stock.

Are Investors Lacking Confidence in Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (CGAQ.PK)?

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Gaming and entertainment company, Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp (CGAQ.PK) has been recently involved in the stock promotion campaign. The company compensated Alpha Trade with $5,000.

On the same day, the Chairman and the CEO of the company, Steven Swank stated, “The new casino is ahead of schedule, and will finish within our budget range, even though we have added some very expensive details to make the experience more exciting.” The news seems to be very positive for the company.

However, the stock price seems to be acting in a totally different way. Yesterday it lost over 20% of its value. What happened? Don’t investors trust the company and they have started selling the stock?

Black Art Beverage, Inc. (BLVI.PK) Paying $90,000

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Formerly known as American Power Tech, Inc., the company changed its name to Black Art Beverage, Inc. (BLVI.PK). It imports German beer and distributes it in the United States. Although the stock chart looks rather shabby (there is not much trading observed), the stock price has recently reached the value of $0.28. In addition, the volume surpassed one million. It looks like someone has bought the stock and made the price increase by almost 30%.

On the other hand, this bouncing could have been affected by the recent stock promotional service of StockRich, HotOTC, as well as Stock Egg. Every party received $30,000. In total, it is $90,000.

The most unlikely reason is the announcement on the establishment of Black Art Beer in the Midwestern United States. Ras Moses, the President of BLVI, stated, “Expansion into the Midwestern United States and cultivation of such a key beer market is critical to our success. We have taken deliberate and controlled steps to ensure the success of the brand by coordinating our distribution effectively.”

Considering the recent announcement on the expansion of the distribution market, the share price jump, as well as the stock promotional campaign, what is your overall attitude to the company? Can you betray me this secret?
