Trying to Find Out More About Ventana Biotech, Inc. (VNTA.PK)

ventana.jpgCan anyone tell me anything about Ventana Biotech? It seems that nobody knows anything about this company.

A  biotechnology company that develops anti-obesity solutions, Ventana Biotech, Inc. (VNTA.PK) has recently appointed Vijay Guptha to its Advisory Board. The President of the company seems to be excited to have Mr. Guptha in his company: “We are delighted to have Dr. Guptha join our Advisory Board. He is an esteemed scholar, experienced pharmaceutical research professional and a respected advisor to numerous companies around the globe.”

At least, I hope that something is going to change in the company and the stock will move out of the limit of $0.68. In addition, stock promotional campaign should also give a hand. According to the latest news, OTC Stock Exchange was just paid $40,000, while different companies, including Stock Egg, Stock Rich, HotOTC, and Cool Penny Stocks, got $60,000 in total some time ago.

The only thing we can do about this company is just to sit and wait for what is going to happen next. Maybe you have a clue about that?

Have contacted the CEO Janne Christensen on more than one occasion, via e-mail. Has not the courtesy to reply! Absolute disgrace

Below .02 - you have to buy! The company has product, a product that will have high demand. Any positive news coming out of Ventana will bring stock price soaring!

I am the inventor of 2-hydroxyoleic acid, the star product of Ventana. The University of the Balearic Islands holds the rights for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications of this compound around the world, which have been licensed to Lipopharma, BTSA and BBR. Three patents with priority dates of 2001, 2003 and 2008 interfere with Ventana’s claims of invention. Please see the paper by my research group published in the International Journal of Obesity (Vogler and cols., 2008) and our patents in Lipopharma’s website (www.lipopharma.com). These guys DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS to market 2-hydroxyoleic acid to treat obesity and related disorders. Ventana’s investors are burning their funds in a hoax company whose main patent recently filed cannot be granted. You’d better invest in Lipopharma, which is the real company that developed the new know-how.

I believe they are a bogus company set up in conjunction with Swiss Key Equity who as everyone knows are just a bunch of crooks who steal people’s money. They persuaded my mother to invest £50,000 in Vantana Biotech and surprise surprise, they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Vantana Biotech have been very evasive and now communication from them has stopped. Exactly the same as Swiss Key. Funny how both companies moved, meaning that telephone and fax numbers was not working and eventually email. Don’t trust this company. If I had know at the time that my mother was investing in an appetite suppresant chewing gum I would have had her locked up!!!

Shares in Ventana are being sold by boiler room scams who are cold calling people illegally. If you bought these shares based on a cold call then your money is most likely gone. The following will not be pleasant reading for you.

You should also be aware that the normal follow up to the scam is for them to call you and offer to swop/derestrict these shares for you for an advance fee. Once you send the advance fee they will steal that too.

By a lot of research I´ve conducted on VNTA biotech, the product they developed is nothing else but just only a bubble gum, and that´s all.
If I am shareholder waiting for some good news, by now for those they have shares, sale it and then wait , but is up to the individual discretion as an investor to sale or not or to buy
I believe the price is very expensive if we follow-up by the expectation on this company.
    Good luck
