The Amergence Group (AMNG.PK) is on the way to expand its stock promotion which started in the beginning of the year (to read the previous article, click here). This time the company joined hands with OTC Picks which was paid $2,500.

It seems that the services provided have started helping the stock to rise. After the last trade, the stock obtained 20% of its value. Besides, there seems to be more liquidity in stock trading.

All in all, the sudden stock price jump cannot be explained in any other way than promotion although the company announced some good news about joint venture agreement, as well as the opening of a new office in Hong Kong.

Both of the events remind hype rather than reality due to the fact that the company is a non-reporting to the SEC. Just be cautious with this player in the field of the market.
