While looking at the profile of PharmaCom BioVet, Inc. (PHMB.PK) you can find the following information on the company: PharmaCom BioVet, Inc. is “quickly positioning itself to becoming the leader in specialized veterinary oncology (cancer treatment facilities for animals).” In December, it announced several things: first, it was stated that the company began locating commercial sites on different places, later these news were confirmed. However, what has stroken my eye is that the stock volume reached a great number of 121,493,799. Where could it have come from? I don’t have an idea. Did investors start selling the stock? The question is why they should do that.

But it’s time to get back to work. Let’s talk about Newron Sport (NSPT.PK) today. It is a progressive company that is focused on the distribution of patented inline skates made with hi-tech materials and innovative ideas. The current production of this revolutionary inline skate system has no present competition. After the company announced that it entered into the agreement with Europe, nothing more important happened, except for 27th and 28th of December, when some sources announced that people under the name of Newron Sport stated sending the spam messages promoting to purchase the company’s stocks. For this reason, everyone is advised to be careful about the company. Keep out of the troubles, guys, it’s Christmas time after all.

I want to introduce some additional information on the company. The spam campaign extended to the 29 December as well. And now it can be stated that there were 108 spam emails sent. Nice number, eh?

Direct View Technology Group, Inc. (DVWG.PK) operates as a video communication and technology company. Through its subsidiary, DirectView Video Technologies, Inc., the company provides video, audio, multipoint videoconferencing, data, and Internet protocol videoconferencing services to businesses and organizations worldwide. I am not really sure whether this was just a coincidence, or the company joined our Penny Stock Spam category. On the 11th December, one spam letter was sent to someone. I am not sure who is this villian to have started this campaign but I hope to find that out very soon. By the way, Direct View Technology Group, Inc. hasn’t answered to the inquiries about the stock spam. So the only advice for now is to be careful with this company.

WHX Corporation (WXCO) engages in precious metal, tubing, and engineered materials operations worldwide. The company fabricates precious metals and their alloys into brazing alloys consisting of gold, silver, palladium, copper, nickel, and aluminum based materials. On the 4th of December, The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved its application for listing of the Company’s common stock under the symbol “WXCO” on its Capital Market. A gold mining and exploration company Hunt Gold Corporation (HGLC.PK) focuses on the development and exploration of its Gold properties. It seems that the company is impatiently waiting for the launch of the corporate website where Hunt Gold is to announce that it has appointed a new IR firm, as well as the company and its mining fund partnership is to continue the purchase of the company’s stocks. These news were announced on the 1st of December. After that the stock price started changing. On Monday, the share was worth $0.0001and the stock volume reached 263,677,057. It seems that investors started selling the stock. However, on Tuesday the situation changed and the stock jumped to $0.0002 per share. The share volume was 56,858,908.

I want to add one thing to this post. On the 5th December, the share volume reached even greater number 1,675,536,405. I keep wondering what could have caused this.
