After a press release on the stock spam, Mindpix Corporation (MPIX.PK) became a victim of the spammers one more time. Besides, the company was also involved in the stock promotions. Most probably you have already heard about it because I wrote an article on it. Talking about the stock spam, 5 spam emails were sent to investors. For this reason, investors should be careful with the investment in this company.

According to the latest news, Axion Power International, Inc. (AXPW.OB), which  engages in the research and development of a technology for the production of lead-acid-carbon energy storage devices, has moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board leaving the Pink Sheets beside. This event seems to be triggered after the company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with The Quercus Trust and decided to make some changes in the board of directors. Maybe we are to see the evolution of Axion at this point of time.

On June 2, Alba Mineral Exploration, Inc. (ABMX.OB) left the Pink Sheets and moved to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. That seems to be normal for a company which is doing something. However, in this case it is very hard to say whether this company is doing anything at all. I wasn’t able to find anything on the company’s business. The stock chart was also unavailable. Actually, there is no information on the company at all. That’s strange, as well as interesting.

The next candidate in my blog is Sustainable Power Corporation (SSTP.PK), an international green energy total service provider. This company seems to be the follower of Cody Ventures Corporation which I’ve introduced you in the previous article. I have found some news that Small Cap Voice has been compensated $5,000 to promote SSTP. And here the question remains unanswered: what does this company expects from this campaign? Can anyone answer?

I want to talk about Cody Ventures Corporation (CVCP.PK) which is an Internet content and website development company, focusing its business on the delivery of an interactive experience to the user free of charge. Lately, the company published some news on new partnerships or new testings of their social commerce application. However, I see that Cody Ventures has also started some new business which includes stock promotions. Bull In Advantage, LLC has been compensated $5.000 to promote CVCP. Actually, $5.000 is not very much but this could be only the beginning.
