VIPR Industries Inc. (VIPR.PK) is an exploration and development company focused on gold, uranium, and other precious metal resources and reserves through mergers, acquisitions and resource development. Yesterday the company announced that Francis Gaskins of IPODesktop.com has issued an independent third party analyst report and coverage on the Company. However, what has stroke my eye was that Wall Street Stock Review has been compensated $35.000 to promote VIPR. What is your opinion on these two events?

I haven’t seen such a share volume for many days and nights. It used to be over several hundred thousand or several millions, but when I see a billion, my eyes grow wide.
