The spammers or scammers under the name of the company have started attacking poor and reliable investors. Be careful because this campaign has started from May 16, 2008. Yes, that’s only some days before and it still continues.

I have already included in one of my posts on MSE Enviro-Tech Corporation (MEVT.PK) which designs anti-fire products. On the one hand, it is nice that such companies still exist but the information provided about this company doesn’t seem to be so bright after all. Wall Street News Alert has been compensated $13.000 to promote MEVT.

Are you acquainted with the company Spooz, Inc. (SPZI.PK)? It’s the provider of a suite of solutions for financial trading traders and hedgers. Although the company’s share price doesn’t look attractive at all, shares are traded on an extremelyto high volume. Besides, surfing the Internet, I have found some pretty secret information on the company: Wise Alerts has been compensated $7,500 to promote SPZI.PK.

PainCare Holdings, Inc. (AMEX:PRZ) is the provider of pain-focused medical and surgical solutions in the United States and Canada. Although the business plan seems to be very serious, the company violated Securities and Exchange Commission rules by failing to file its required financial reports on time. For this reason, it is to be delisted from Amex and move to the Pink Sheets on or about May 29. At the same time, it will announce a new stock symbol.
