I’ve recently visited one of my friends in Australia. Strange people all over the world. They are all so different. But I don’t want to talk about people, I just want to say that I have met a stranger in his home, a chameleon which changes colors fast. And then I remembered one more chameleon in the Pink Sheets. It’s Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc. (PHYA.PK) which provides needed services for an Improved and Extended Quality Of Life for Eldercare and the Handicapped. The company seems to be making great job but it looks like that creature I met. It changes its image quickly. Daycare was involved in some campaign. OTC Reporter was the one to start showing this chameleon to everybody. Be careful, it looks dangerous!

I have recently found a gold mining corporation, actually, one of such companies, called Guyana Gold Corporation (GYGC.PK). According to some recent press release, the company has entered into a joint venture agreemetn, according to which it is to acquire a 50% working interest in a certain project. At first, it would really look nice but do you believe in it? It’s very hard to say but the company entered into an agreement with Street Insider.

I have found one more interesting case of the Pink Sheets company. It engages in vertically integrated digital entertainment and is called Symposium Productions Corporation (SYPJ.PK). However, this company seems to have a business plan but it is very cloudy and unclear. Well, it looks like that it is buying a good name from someone who engages in such activities. It’s not nice after all.
