orgc.jpgJust look at the stock chart of a company which plans to be one of the world’s leading providers of USDA certified organic crops to many of the country’s leading consumer package goods manufacturers, food processors, grocery, and retail restaurant chains. Nice plans, don’t you think so? I am talking about Organic Alliance, Inc. (ORGC.PK). There is a nice uptrend at this moment. The stock has almost reached a dolar. It’s at $0.99. Meanwhile, the volume does not seem to be so nice after all. All in all, we are not here for the reason to be talking too much on the stock. The aim of my present article is to warn investors that they should be carefully observing this company. You don’t have a clue why. (Pink Sheets: ORGC), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with American Eagle Transport LLC today to transfer to it the AvocadoMan Brand. Upon execution of a definitive agreement, Organic Alliance will take control of the brand and begin selling AvocadoMan produce to customers. The brand will require a new injection of capital by Organic Alliance in order to continue the current revenue base. As consideration for the brand the Company has agreed to finance all purchases and split all profits on AvocadoMan transactions. Firm arrangements for this financing are not yet complete.

    We are also very pleased to announce that Josh Insogna has joined OAI as our Vice President Sales for Canada. Josh has spent the last four years with AET in sales and logistics management and will be a valuable addition to OAI. Josh will continue to call on his same customers and will also be responsible for building sales in the marketplace.

    I expect the next few months will be critical for this newly created company. Who knows what to expect with this economy, but I do know the players involved and know that they are committed to success and are ethical people.

    No scam, the company just hired a president of sales (yet to be made public) and is gearing up to hire it’s sales force in late Oct early November 2008. If anyone has done any research they would see that the company’s CEO has a track record of success in this field as well as many others.

    Hey. There is no secret about this company. It is a scam one and there is nothing to tell about it. Don’t you understand that guys? If you don’t, so you’d better do some investingation on this company. That’s my advice.
