Actually, I really like this company. It seems to be so complicated and strange. You can’t really find out what has happened when, how did it happen and why. The history of China Voice Holding Corporation (CHVC.PK) seems to be really extraordinary. If you don’t believe in that, then take a look at this company yourselves. Recently, I have found some information related to stock promotion.
- Stock Guru has been compensated 125,000 free trading shares from a non-controlling third party for profile coverage.
- Pentony Enterprises LLC has been compensated $12,000 from a non-controlling third party for profile coverage to promote CHVC.

We track a lot of these penny stock promotions and saw this one get a ton of action last year. Since then I don’t really think they have done much in the way of promotion. The compensation from stock guru was from last year. They are fully reporting and just had their audited financial done which is rare for a pink sheet company. they also just had a research report put out by murphy analytics. All I know is if they do run another campaign on this one I would keep an eye on it because it had a pretty nice run last year.
